I hope everyone has had a Merry Christmas! I woke up early to bake cookies and to help make Christmas dinner. We had roast, ham, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, and mashed potatoes. It was all delicious. Kel’s parents came over for dinner and presents. Oh, we had tamales too, but we were all full that we ate them last night instead of Christmas. I made the dough for gingerbread cookies but haven’t made them yet. I want to make them this weekend when I have time. I received awesome presents, and everyone was happy with what they had gotten. My girls gave me a Starbucks cup, some pens and a Pioneer Woman planner. Haha! They know me well. Next year we need to be more prepared for Christmas, so Tom isn’t shopping on Christmas Eve. He did a fantastic job. On the cookie front – I baked chocolate chip, oatmeal, peanut butter, and bischochitos. I also made gluten-free chocolate chip and gf oatmeal. Kel still wants rum balls so I may try that this weekend. Little nervous since I’ve never made rum balls before.
I finally have my Facebook back. I still need to work on Instagram cause that was hacked as well, though it is proving harder to do than Facebook. I can’t change the password cause it is not going to my email address. Though Instagram knows my email is connected to my account cause, they are sending the codes to my email.
My mind is blanking out right now. I’m unsure what to write, yet I have things to discuss. I can’t seem to think of words to put down on paper.
