I’ve recently started exploring the Odin Project, and I’m enjoying it so far. I’m delving into GitHub and Visual Studio Code, beginning with HTML and moving on to JavaScript soon. I’ve spent a few hours navigating the integration of GitHub and Visual Studio Code, utilizing the command line at times. I’m gradually getting the hang of it, even though I initially didn’t anticipate that a simple HTML project would lead me to delve into learning GitHub and Visual Studio Code. It’s been challenging, but I’m having fun.
Yesterday was special as it was Tommy’s birthday and Father’s Day. He didn’t care to share Father’s Day with his birthday. We had eggs benedict with salmon for breakfast and steak for dinner. I believe he had a great birthday with a pineapple upside-down cake. I even got to enjoy a piece since the pineapple was cooked. I’m allergic to raw pineapple.
The rest of the weekend was pretty relaxing. Today, I’ve been studying all day. Alex went to visit his grandparents for a few days. The weather has been nice. Oh, we finally have the swamp cooler working! So, I’m sitting in the house with a sweater on.
