I believe I am nearing the finish line with my coding project, but I’m feeling a bit frustrated. I attempted to make some adjustments to the Grid layout, and unexpectedly, it affected other parts of the site. This has been quite disheartening. I understand that perfection isn’t necessary, but I want it to look more appealing and resemble the example I was given. I’ve noticed that many of the other projects have a polished look, even if they don’t strictly adhere to the example; I’m hesitant to take that approach. My preference is to align more closely with the example for now, as I want to stay within my comfort zone while learning. I might later explore some examples online to gather ideas and inspiration.
Tommy and I are heading to Lexi’s school tonight. Actually, we’ll be staying in the next town over, which will make tomorrow’s drive to pick up Lexi and return home much easier. I need to start packing soon, which is why I’m writing now instead of later today.
This morning, Karissa had a phone meeting with her advisor. Her graduation application is currently under review, and we should find out in a few weeks whether she is eligible to graduate. The advisor was very optimistic that she meets all the necessary requirements.
I’m going to eat some lunch now and, well, think of what I want to eat. Then start packing.
