Today’s coding session was productive. I began working on the cash register project early in the morning and made decent progress. However, I’m finding the project challenging and relying on online resources for guidance. Some of the functions still need to be clarified to me, and there are several concepts that I need to further explore.
I found out last week that my medication management appointment was canceled. I called to reschedule, only to discover that my provider’s last day was on May 31st, and there’s currently no one available for medication management. They assured me they would contact me as soon as they have a new provider for this service. I was advised to reach out to them directly when I needed a medication refill. It’s frustrating to experience this turnover, as it’s the third transition within the past year or year and a half. I couldn’t reschedule the appointment because there was nothing to schedule.
I wanted to take Lexi to retrieve her birth certificate and social security card, which is essential for renewing her State ID. However, Kel’s mom ended up going to the hospital, so we didn’t get a chance to make it to storage. I plan to call on Monday to schedule an appointment for Lexi at the MVD.
Every evening, I prepare Tommy’s lunch for the next day. Last night, I somehow overlooked adding salad dressing to his lunch. As a result, he went to buy some salad dressing at Dion’s today. It’s unbelievable that I made such an oversight, but knowing Tommy, he probably isn’t surprised. I’ve even forgotten to include utensils for him on occasion!
The weather turned and it’s now cloudy and very windy outside. It rained a little too. I love the rain.
