Alexis will be home in less than two hours. Today has been quite busy. We finally completed our Thanksgiving shopping and have dinner for tonight and tomorrow. Tonight, we will be enjoying lasagna, and the sauce is currently simmering. Kel and I also picked up wood pellets for the stove.
Tomorrow, Kel and I will be focusing on making pies and lumpia. We should be able to manage all the sides on Thursday. I’m eager to start baking the pies, but I’ll hold off until tomorrow. It’s challenging to stay focused on coding, especially knowing that Lexi will be home and preparing the lasagna sauce. I’m reading about HTML form elements right now.
Since I need to focus on cooking and coding, and Lexi will be home soon, I will make this a short post. Maybe I will post some pie pics tomorrow. Happy Thanksgiving!
